Having over 20 years of experience in Urban Water Waste Water Services, Design & Construction of Hydraulic Structures, Construction Management, Procurement, Project Management, Estimation & Costing and Structural & Geometric Design of Highways. Has worked in collaboration with International Expert, in Sahiwal City as National WATSAN/Drainage Specialist under ADB funded project. Responsible for activities of entire process of planning, identifying Projects & Schemes of diverse nature with multiple solutions of safe water provisions, designing, and construction supervision of particular schemes specifically for rural and peri-urban areas of entire Division of Bahawalpur comprising all districts and tehsils of Bahawalpur Divisions. co-ordinate, mobilize, manage and facilitate the Engineering Management Consultants for primary & secondary data collections comprising demographic, water quality, source and poverty index data, conducting surveys comprising contour surveys, topographic surveys, identifying the locations for schemes based on set criteria and parameters in the light of data collected, preparation of feasibility reports, Designing of Projects with diverse and multiple solutions (looking into diverse features of every area with regard to topography, community capacity, rainfall data, source of raw water, ground water conditions of every area), and Construction Supervision of Projects. He holds Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, 2003.
