Mr. Imran has over 23 years of experience in project, financial and information management of multidisciplinary public and donor funded USAID, World Bank, European Union and Asian Development Bank (ADB) initiatives. Over the years, he has been involved in managing multiple concurrent projects, conflicting priorities, and maintaining relationship with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Throughout his career, he has been carrying out financial analysis of the projects, conducting risk assessment of potential partners and mitigate the risk, working with the technical teams in project design and implementation, conducting audits and special review assignments, carrying out monitoring and evaluation of the activities and measuring the results. He has also been involved in design and implementation of wide-ranging institutional capacity building initiatives, which includes development and delivery of comprehensive training programs across a diverse user base. As Project Coordinator, ADB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa inclusive Urban Growth Program, involved in preparation of City Development Plans for Peshawar, Mardan and Abbottabad (which will include institutional, financial, economic, climate change analysis and approaches for urban sub-sectors), identification of potential priority urban infrastructure investments in these cities and prepare 10-15 year investment plans. He has been involved in implementation of Municipality Water Supply System Improvement Project funded by USAID (2012-2013) and Reform Strategy for Municipal Water Supply and Sanitation Punjab (Willingness to Pay Survey) funded by World Bank. He holds MBA from The University of Lahore, Lahore.
