Irteza Ubaid

Mr. Irteza Ubaid is a results-driven professional with a robust background in financial planning, modeling, business development, and strategic management. With over a decade of experience, he has successfully led multiple high-impact projects in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the development and financing of solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants. Currently, he serves as the Senior Financial Expert at PITCO (Pvt) Ltd., where he is responsible for driving the company’s growth through strategic financial planning, investment analysis, and business development initiatives. His role involves managing the entire sales process, from pre-sales activities like opportunity analysis and competitive positioning to post-sales support, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and client satisfaction. He has played a key role in the financial modeling and economic analysis of numerous distributed solar generation projects across Pakistan. His work includes the development of bankable feasibility studies, CAPEX and OPEX estimation, risk analysis, and the structuring of financing agreements. He has been instrumental in projects such as the installation of rooftop solar PV systems at major industrial sites, where he led efforts in financial planning, investment valuation, and regulatory compliance. He holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Pakistan.
