An international development expert with over 30 years of experience in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Africa (Ghana and the Gambia). He has worked with a variety of organizations in the conception, execution and management of programs, projects, services, organizational development & management. For 23 years, he has been working in various senior positions such as CEO, Consultant, Director, Head of Department, General Manager, etc. He also possesses International experience in both the commercial and development domains to plan and execute projects achieving long-term gains in performance. He has mentored and helped his team set priorities so that they can achieve results and also guide them on how to effectively manage multiple projects in tandem. He encourage and promote staff participation in developing creative problem-solving abilities. As Senior IT Infrastructure Expert, USAID Power Distribution Program, identify IT issues within various projects of the Power Development Program (PDP), which includes providing expert opinion on the IT components of Commercial, Governance (Ministry of Water and Power), Finance, Engineering and HR projects, documenting project proposals and executing projects while liaising with project teams, external organizations, government organizations and vendors. He was part of the ERP & CIS for PESCO and MEPCO projects. As Director IT, Ministry of Information Technology, provided technical leadership to the team of IT professionals in the IT Wing. Dealt with a variety of topics ranging from hardware and data networking to business processes, software applications, databases and standard. Made direct contribution by developing high level papers on e-Education, e-Health etc. He holds M.Sc. degree from Center for Advanced Studies in Engineering Islamabad, Pakistan
