As Project Manager, led the engineering team for commissioning of solar PV power plants. his responsibility include overseeing, site survey and assessment of solar power generation potential, preparation of feasibility studies, system design, financial modelling, cost and economy analysis, preparation of specifications for solar PV modules, solar inverters, preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids and contract award, selection of equipment suppliers, and construction supervision and commissioning of solar PV power plants and integration with the existing system. As General Manager Field operation, primary responsibility is to oversee all field operations, management and provide guidance to all field teams ensuring effective and efficient working on Industrial Motor/VFDs, Municipality Pump-sets and LT capacitor installation projects. The position’s core responsibility is to safeguard all resources, manage and coordinate field operations in an efficient and professional manner in order to perform work within the budget and schedule. Before this, worked on a USAID-EEC program’s TWEIP (Tubewell Efficiency improvement Project) as a General Manager Project. Being a pioneer member of Fauji Fertilizer Company (FFC) marketing division, spent 32 years in different positions i.e. – Marketing & Sales, Planning of imported and locally manufactured fertilizers, Handling and Logistics, Development of distribution channels, and supply chain management. The FFC is the leading public limited company in fertilizers sector with outstanding performance and having highest market share. He holds MBA degree from Princeton University, and BA (Economics) from University of the Punjab, Lahore.
