EPC Tendering and Tender Evaluation for 225 MW Combined-Cycle Power Plant

From June 2006 to November 2006, PITCO assisted Sapphire Electric Company Ltd. in Lahore, Pakistan, with EPC tendering and tender evaluation for a 225 MW combined-cycle power plant. The project involved preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and assisting in contract negotiations.

PITCO’s services included design review, tender document preparation, bid evaluation, and preparing a bid evaluation report. Our team ensured the project met technical and economic criteria, supporting the client’s decision-making process. The project aimed to enhance energy production capacity and support sustainable energy practices in Lahore.
