Chief Financial Officer
The CFO will be responsible for financial management, grants, procurements, subcontracts, and overall administration. S/he will ensure complete compliance with financial management guidelines and procedures, including implementation of effective internal controls. The CFO will be responsible for designing and implementation of finance, accounting, human resources and procurement manuals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in business administration, finance, accounting or relevant area
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in managing USAID projects
- Demonstrated ability in accounting, financial management and subcontractor/grant administration
