Job Description:
• Provide full-time on-site supervision of solar PV installation works including mounting structures, PV modules, inverters, transformers, cabling, and grid interconnection.
• Ensure EPC Contractor executes works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, codes, and standards.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, equipment deployment, and construction sequencing.
• Verify compliance with approved method statements, work permits, and construction schedules.
• Review and verify EPC Contractor’s shop drawings, installation procedures, and as-built documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for mechanical, electrical, and civil works related to solar PV systems.
• Identify non-conformances, issue site instructions, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Witness factory acceptance tests (if required), site acceptance tests, and performance tests.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, HSEQ plan, and applicable local regulations.
• Monitor construction progress against approved baseline schedule and milestones.
• Identify delays, risks, and interface issues; propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Maintain site records including daily logs, inspection reports, and correspondence.
• Supervise testing and commissioning of solar PV systems including grid synchronization.
• Verify compliance with performance guarantees, energy yield tests, and contractual acceptance criteria.
• Support preparation of punch lists and ensure timely close-out of defects.
• Assist in final handover, documentation review, and operational readiness.
• Attend site meetings, technical coordination meetings, and progress reviews.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant Solar System Designing is mandatory.
• Minimum BSc Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineer.
• Thorough knowledge of key equipment like modules, inverter, mounting structure types, DC/AC cables, batteries etc.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, demonstrated or titled position, (oral/written/presentation/interpersonal) to drive results in a team environment under minimal direction with internal and external customers
• Good analytical and project management skills
